Pancake breakfast planned at Sutherlin VFW

SUTHERLIN The Post 3970 Veterans of Foreign Wars is holding its annual pancake breakfast Saturday to honor Veterans Make a Difference Day. The free breakfast will be served to veterans from 7 to 10 a.m. at the Sutherlin Community Center, 150 S. Willamette St. in Sutherlin. The menu includes pancakes, ham, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea and juice. All proceeds after expenses from those who donate towards the breakfast will go toward the VFW post’s scholarship program for middle school and high school students. Information: 541-459-3247.
